Partnership: Out Burlington Coffee Talk host spot

I organize Out Burlington Coffee Talk—a monthly LGBTQ+ community meetup here in downtown Burlington. We are big fans of your shop and would love to make your shop our regular monthly host spot.

Here is a quick look at what it would look like on our end:

  • Frequency & Size: Once a month, suggest day/time, e.g., 2nd Saturday at 2pm for about 1.5 to 2 hours. We usually bring in 10–20 people.

  • Format: Very low-key. We just need a designated table area or corner. No outside food, no loud audio, and we always clean up after ourselves and wrap up on time.

  • Zero Cost / Zero Work: Everyone buys their own drinks and food, tips well, and supports your business.

What's in it for you:

  • Guaranteed business: 10–20 paying customers during a time window of your choosing.

  • Free promotion: We tag and feature your shop on Facebook and Instagram as our host, highlighting you to our local followers as a community-supportive, welcoming space.

  • Flexibility: We are happy to work entirely around your peak hours, keep the group size capped to start, and respect your space as standard patrons.

Would you be open to a quick 10-minute chat or having me drop by for a few minutes this week to introduce myself?

Thanks so much for considering it and for everything you bring to downtown Burlington!

People with disabilities are WELCOME at ALL events!

Out Burlington & Eddie Tallley is not a fan of people telling people with disabities that they are not allowed to take part in one of the Out Burlington events. All people that are able can will be apart of Out Burlington's mission of support of the LGBTQ Community.

No matter if a flyer has it posted or not, people with disabilities are WELCOME at ALL events!
